Every item in our shop is made-to-order just for you, printed and shipped through our fulfillment partner, Printify. That means we don’t keep stock or do bulk returns — but we’ll always make it right if something goes wrong.

❌ We Do Not Accept Returns or Exchanges

Because each item is custom-printed the moment you order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for: buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong size or color, or not liking the item or design once it arrives.

Please check sizing charts and product previews carefully before ordering!

✅ We'll Fix It If:

You’re eligible for a refund or free replacement if:

• Your item arrives damaged or misprinted
• You receive the wrong item
• Your package is lost in transit

📸 To submit a claim, fill out the contact us form within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue

We’ll get things sorted out with our print partner ASAP.

🔄 Cancellations

All sales are final. Once an order is placed, it begins processing immediately and cannot be canceled or modified. Please double-check your info before checking out!

🛑 Important Notes

• We don’t offer refunds for items shipped to incorrect addresses, so double-check your info before checking out.
• We also don’t accept returns based on delivery delays outside our control (postal service slowdowns, customs, etc.).
• If your order includes multiple items, they might arrive in separate shipments from different print providers — this is normal!
